This article covers what a team is, how they should be structured and where to add a summary about a team and its framework.
What's a team?
A team on Progression is a way of splitting your organisation into specific functions and departments. The teams you create will often reflect how your organisation is structured.
How should I structure my teams?
It's important to remember that each team in Progression will have its own framework, so be sure that any functions you want sharing a framework are in a team together. For example, in our organisation at Progression, Sales and Customer Success are in one team because they share a framework. In some organisations, Sales would have its own team and framework, as would Customer Success.

Where can I add a summary about a team and its framework?
Every team has a 'Readme' section. You can add a description of the team and instructions for how the framework should be used here.
