2. Explore your team’s framework
Your framework covers all the positions in your team, including your own. Depending on its size, it might also be broken down by track.
Click into your position to see all the skills associated with your job and their level, to get an idea of what’s expected of you right now.
You can explore other positions in your team, and compare how your skills stack up against another job you might like to move into.
3. Track your growth
There’s five ways to track your growth in Progression:
🏆 Celebrate with Wins
Capture work achievements, big and small, with Wins. Everyone at [Organisation name] can add Wins for themselves or others.
💌 Collect Feedback
You can request and give targeted feedback any time.
✅ Complete Actions
Save, track and check off Actions to capture and demonstrate the work you’re doing towards your development.
🫶 Start a Check-in
Have better career conversations with Check-ins. Together with your manager, you’ll regularly review your progress against your role and agree next steps to help you grow.
Starting a new Check-in is a great way to review your position, agree how you’re tracking against skills right now and decide next steps.
📝 Add a Note
Use Notes to capture anything and everything else.
4. Visit your Work Feed
All of the updates you and your teammates add in Progression are captured in Work Feed, a living timeline of your achievements and progress, tagged by the skills associated with your position.
Visit Work Feed to evidence your growth at key career moments — everything you need to advocate for yourself is there (and it’s also a really nice place to go when you could do with a boost and a reminder of all your hard work).
