This article is for Project Leads.
Now that you’ve built your framework template and created core skills it’s time to pass the project across to the HR Business Partners and Function Leads who’ll build out the team-specific frameworks and skills. Some organisations might have a consultant or a member of the HR team work the Function leads, rather than HRBPs.

Inviting collaborators
Your Progression Onboarding Lead will schedule an HRBP and Function Leads onboarding session some time around week three of the project. During this session, we’ll run through the templates and core skills created in weeks one and two, explaining how to apply these to team frameworks, and we’ll cover how to write great positions and skills.
Once the HRBPs and Function Leads are up to speed on how Progression works and what they need to do, you can go ahead and invite them to join you in the app as editors.
